Cancel or Reschedule 24+ Hours in Advance No charge. We completely understand that schedules change.
Cancel or Reschedule Within 24 Hours of Your Appointment A 50% service charge will apply. This helps us compensate our talented team for the reserved time.
No-Call, No-Show A 100% service charge will apply. We reserve your stylist’s time exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations prevent us from serving other guests.
